Killers of Sialkot incident would be exposed soon: Firdaus Ashiq Awan
SIALKOT: Federal Minister for Population Firdaus Ashiq Awan reiterated that the killers of two brothers of Sialkot incident would be exposed soon.
Talking to a private TV channel here on Tuesday, she said that a commission has been investigating to probe the killing of two brothers adding that the day, both the brothers were brutally murdered, another innocent citizen was murdered by some thieves—who was married only six months ago and his wife was also seeking justice.
She also said that she has personally held investigations over the unfortunate incident in Sialkot and measures should be adopted that similar incidents didn’t happen in future. Federal Interior Minister Rehman Malik and Governor Punjab Salmaan Taseer has also visited Sialkot and condoled with the parents of both the deceased brothers and assured support of the government to expose the killers on priority, Firdaus said.
